“ Thorough, fast and understanding! I purchased a pair of, normally, unbreakable glasses for my son. The glasses WERE NOT cheap! A week later they were broken! I should have known better because my son manages to break just about everything. Without any questions and despite being awestricken at the sight of the unbreakable glasses being broken, the glasses were sent for repair( well, replacement). Shortly after, the glasses were ready for pickup :) The staff members are professional, courteous, and fast!! I HIGHLY recommend FOCUS ON VISION!! Especially if you have a child like mine! Lol ”
